Camera Lucida — Rose

In response to this week’s Camera Lucida theme — Rose.

Being in a tropical country it’s hard to find roses in gardens and lawns.
To look for rose plantation, you may have to travel to the highlands as the weather is cool and roses thrive there.

As I rummaged through my photo albums, surprisingly I found an old photo of roses.
My mom got these roses and I placed them into a small vase.
These roses reminded me the younger days of sweet memories.

Blogging 101 : Increase Your Commenting Confidence

Today’s task is: Read six posts written in response to the same prompt, and leave comments on at least two of them.

For yesterday’s assignment I did not use the daily writing prompt, the prompt I used was taken from the eBook: 365 Writing Prompts.

However I’m going through the grid and check out how other bloggers interpret the prompt “Brilliant Disguise”, and leave my 2 cents. 😛

(After an hour probably)

Ok done! I’m really amazed at how a prompt can spark so many different interpretations!

Some prompts are kind of hard to answer or relate to aren’t they? At least they are for me 😦

Yet interesting though…

Yesterday’s assignment was: Publish a post based on your own, personalized take on a blogging prompt.

Taken from DP’s eBook, here’s the prompt for July 21: Party Animals?

Party animals? After spending time with a group of people, do you feel energized and ready for anything or do you want to hide in the corner with a good book?
